Payment

・ I will not start your commission until I receive the upfront payment.
・ Payment via PayPal for USD.
・ When paying via PayPal, if you chose "Paying for item or services" type, please charge extra fee to PayPal (+4.5% of the payment).
・ No refunds after you accept the sketch, or 72 hour passes after the sketch is sent.
・ You’ll receive a full refund if for any unjustifiable reason that I’m unable to finish the commission.

Additional fees

・ The commission is private or commercially used.
・ A major change in requirement is requested, I may charge 25% extra for that (if you need to change just some small details in the finished product, then it's free! ( •̀ ω •́ )y)
・ The price listed above is the base price, depending on the complexity of the request, the price is subject to change.

Not to do

・ Claim my artwork as yours.

My rights with the artwork

・ Posting the final art on any social media. This includes the commissioned work in portfolios, online profiles/pages, character sheets, etc. (you can ask me to post it with watermark)
・ Modify, Edit, and Repurpose unpaid or cancelled commissioned pieces.
・ Claim the commissioned piece as my own work.
Remember you can still keep it private and take full ownership of the product (not including the author's name) by requesting a commercial or private commission or both.

Other

・ I can only make animations or artworks in my art style.
・ If you break any T.O.S I will be very sad and probably put you on a blacklist (the blacklist will be public to warn other artists).
・ By commissioning me, you agree to my terms of service.
